1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.

2. Arbitration Notice

YOU AGREE TO BINDING ARBITRATION AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to verify identity and age, and to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

4. Platform Role

Plur operates solely as a technology intermediary connecting users and vendors. We are not:

  • An event organizer
  • A ticket issuer
  • A venue operator

5. Marketplace Terms

A. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are solely responsible for event execution, safety and compliance, and honoring tickets.

B. Payments & Escrow

  • Funds may be held in escrow
  • Payouts may be delayed for risk management
  • We may freeze funds in cases of fraud, disputes, or legal risk

C. Refunds

Refunds are governed by vendor policies unless otherwise required by law.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Engage in fraud or manipulation
  • Circumvent platform safeguards

7. User-Generated Content

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, and distribute your content. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, and enforce policies without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, and technology are owned by Plur. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. DMCA Policy

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Submit claims to: info@getplur.app.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS OR DATA, OR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • $100 USD, OR
  • AMOUNTS PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plur from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your content or conduct

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. All provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

  • Individual claims only (no class actions)

16. App Store Compliance

You acknowledge that:

  • Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms
  • They bear no responsibility for the Services

17. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
